*Little things about this bird*
I have been a bird writer since 2019, an amateur. I have been an amateur photographer since when? …long long ago, I forgot. I have been an illustrator since I studied design, an amateur long before my profession in Interior Design. I have been a poet since 2020 after visiting Paris, and published my first ebook series, twelve small books of a Poetic Travelogue: Petit Paris Yes! An amateur, absolutely. I have been an amateur online writer at Medium since 2023. I called myself an author after selling one copy, and continue to write another & another. An amateur bird author? Hmm…not bad! I set up my author website in 2024 & ponder…maybe it’s time for a more serious thought?!

The second quote I wrote in my notebook was when I started my writing journey. A promise I believe & tend to achieve. When I completed the 500th Medium post, I decided to start a newsletter, well…I love to call it ‘Letter’ ~ a letter from a bird, a letter from the whisper of rain, a letter from the tender touch of breeze, a letter from… Voilá! Solivagant in Petrichor is born!

Here is a space without time, don't rush cos nobody needs to. Take your time walking with your inner self… in the rain, before or after, it won’t matter.

Call my name When you are blue I’ll whisper to you On your rainy days Walk with me When you’re lonely I’ll make you company In your nights of solitude Hear my voice As if susurrus of falling rain Drop onto pebble pave Bouncing into the air of petrichor Plic-ploc, plic-ploc Rise & fall Dance along with solivagant Waiting for dawn
